- Monthly concierge tiers start at $400 per month for Watchful, $750 per month for Tended, and $1,200 per month for Curated.
- Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
- Yes. Every concierge relationship begins with a $100 onboarding consultation, which is credited to your first month of service.
- Am I locked into a long-term contract?
- Concierge service is a recurring monthly relationship with a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, there's no long-term contract, and you can customize the scope within your tier as your needs change.
- Can I add one-off services to my plan?
- Yes. À la carte add-ons include emergency or storm check-ins at $100 per visit, seasonal transitions from $500, and CSA or farm share pickup and delivery at $50 per week.
- Do design and organization services require a monthly plan?
- No. Home-KeepR Design is priced per project and open to any homeowner in the greater Woodstock area, from a $250 consultation to full-day organization and staging.
